LPDDR4X provides working memory while a system is powered. Pair it with suitable non-volatile storage for firmware, operating systems and persistent data.

Temperature and Integration

The supplied specifications state standard case-temperature operation from −25°C to +85°C. Elevated operation from +85°C to +105°C requires attention to refresh and possible timing derating. Confirm the exact conditions with the selected device specification and your platform requirements.
