SPI NAND
Serial NAND for Embedded Code and Data
SLC SPI NAND options with standard, dual and quad SPI support. Select capacity and voltage to match the host and board design.

Available Options
| Density | Main-array byte equivalent | Voltage family | Supply range | Package |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1Gb | 128 MiB | 1.8V | 1.75–1.9V | WSON8, 8 × 6 mm |
| 1Gb | 128 MiB | 3.3V | 2.7–3.6V | WSON8, 8 × 6 mm |
| 2Gb | 256 MiB | 3.3V | 2.7–3.6V | WSON8, 8 × 6 mm |
| 4Gb | 512 MiB | 3.3V | 2.7–3.6V | WSON8, 8 × 6 mm |
The listed devices specify −40°C to +85°C operation and serial clock frequencies up to 108 MHz. Gb denotes gigabits; the byte equivalents above describe the nominal main array, not usable filesystem capacity.
Plan the Storage Stack
Verify the host driver, ECC handling, bad-block management and software update process. SPI NAND integration differs from managed storage such as eMMC: usable capacity and reliability depend on the complete hardware and software design.
