The listed devices specify −40°C to +85°C operation and serial clock frequencies up to 108 MHz. Gb denotes gigabits; the byte equivalents above describe the nominal main array, not usable filesystem capacity.

Verify the host driver, ECC handling, bad-block management and software update process. SPI NAND integration differs from managed storage such as eMMC: usable capacity and reliability depend on the complete hardware and software design.
